Members: There are more than 100 members of the Walla Walla Valley Bands. Typically there are just over 70 musicians who perform in Concert Band and 40 who participate in one of our Jazz Ensembles. Members come from the communities of Hermiston, Pendleton, Milton-Freewater, Waitsburg, Lowden, College Place, Kennewick and Walla Walla.

| The Walla Walla Valley Bands, formerly the Walla Walla Community Band, consist of a Concert Band and Jazz Ensemble. The Concert Band plays a wide variety of repertoire, typically playing more serious literature in the fall and winter, and then preparing more 'pops' during the spring in anticipation of the annual July 4th concert.
The Jazz Ensemble is a full group, with many parts doubled. It is open to all members who participate in Concert Band and there is no audition neeeded. This ensemble performs charts from the gospel, rock, latin, jazz and popular genre's for a balanced program which has pleased our audiences since it was formed three years ago.
The Walla Walla Valley Bands meet on Tuesday nights from 7:00 to 9:00pm at Walla Walla Community College in room MUS304. |

Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon, Saxophone, Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba, Percussion. We are currently seeking additional clarinet and low woodwind instrumentalists though all musicians are welcome! |
